MEETING MINUTES
In attendance: Terri Bowles, Maxine Champion, Nita Back, Dina Von Hahn, Ginny Kenmuir, Tara Salavich, Natasha Partel

Secretary Report: Motion made to accept the November minutes. MSC.

Treasurer Report: Terri gave current account numbers, $3,600.00 in the General account and $6,700.00 in the Gaming account.

Hot Lunch Report: Terri does not want to be the coordinator next year - we need to look for a new coordinator
- made a profit of $400.00 for 2010
-chili from Cafenara was a new item to the menu and was liked by the students

Fundraising Report: Profit from scrapbooking crops is $693.00 to date.
-There will be a Beginner’s scrapbooking class in January and a Mother/Daughter class in February
-Van Houtte coffee fundraiser made $718.00

New Business: The Scholastic book orders will not arrive before Christmas break. Maxine will send out a letter to notify the parents.

Old Business:

Principals Report: Christmas concert was a success with an estimated 550 people attending (~300 more than last year).
-there is a new newsletter format being used. Copies of the newsletter are sent to the school board office.

All Day Scrapbooking Fundraiser:
Saturday, December 11th, 2010

Come and spend the day scrapbooking, cardmaking, or crafting of any kind with your friends. This is a great opportunity to raise funds for the school and socialize with other papercrafters. Registration is open to all members of the community!

10:00am – 5:00pm
Ecole Mountainview – Multi Purpose Room
3505 Bailey Street, Terrace BC
The cost is $25.00 per person. (Seating is Limited)
